✨ To meditate on today
According to Tukaram, even when passing time overwhelms us, we need only call out and Hari, a name of God meaning the one who takes away sorrow, lifts us onto His shoulders like a child. Today, at a moment when you feel overwhelmed, simply call for help, within yourself or to someone, and let yourself be carried.
