โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Svetasvatara-upanishad, the human being is like a metal mirror tarnished by dust: once cleaned, it shines again, and whoever has seen the true nature of the self becomes serene and free from grief. Today, as you clean a window, a mirror or a screen, imagine you are gently wiping away a worry within you, letting your light shine again.
