According to the Khândogya-upanishad, there is in your heart a space (the "ether") as vast as the universe, in which heaven, earth, sun and stars are contained: it is the dwelling of the Self, Brahman present within you. Today, sit for a few minutes with your hand on your heart, feel this immense and peaceful space within you, then carry this sense of spaciousness into your encounters.
