Lesson 323

It is far beyond what is far and yet near here.

✨ To meditate on today

According to the Mundaka-upanishad, "That" — Brahman, the divine Reality underlying all things — is at once infinitely beyond everything and very near, hidden in the "cave of the heart", in your innermost self. Today, at three moments of the day, bring your attention to the centre of your chest and gently remind yourself: "What I seek so far away is already here."
