✨ To meditate on today

According to the Taittiriyaka-upanishad, master and disciple open their study with this invocation of peace (“Hariḥ, Om” is a sacred greeting): together they ask Brahman, the divine Reality, to protect and nourish them, to let them grow in strength and light, and never to quarrel. Today, before a meeting, a meal or any work done with others, say inwardly “May we acquire strength together, may we never quarrel”, thinking of each person.
