✨ To meditate on today

According to the Ashtavakra Gita, a dialogue of wisdom between the sage Ashtavakra and King Janaka, you are not merely your body nor the doer of all your actions: at the deepest level, you are pure consciousness, the peaceful witness in need of nothing; so live happily. Today, in the middle of an absorbing activity, take one step back inwardly and watch the scene like a kindly witness, without losing yourself in it.
