✨ To meditate on today

According to the Ashtavakra Gita, a dialogue of wisdom between the sage Ashtavakra and King Janaka, inner freedom, no longer clinging to one’s desires and thoughts, opens at once onto happiness, the Supreme and the peace of a quiet mind.
