✨ To meditate on today
According to the Khândogya-upanishad, a father shows his son Svetaketu that one and the same subtle essence, invisible like the one that brings the immense banyan tree out of a tiny seed, dwells in all that exists; this essence is the Self, and it is also what you are. Today, as you meet each being, person, animal or tree, gently remind yourself: “What lives in it lives in me too.”
