โจ To meditate on today
According to the Bhagavad-Gita, Krishna tells Arjuna that if the other paths seem too difficult to him, he can simply renounce the fruit of his actions, that is, act without clinging to the result: very close to this renunciation lies deep joy. Today, do a task as well as you can, then let go of the result, and taste the lightness that follows.
