โจ To meditate on today
According to the Ashtavakra Gita, one whose mind is freed from doubt no longer needs to look for means of liberation: whether seeing, hearing, touching, smelling or tasting, he lives at peace in each perception. Today, during a meal or a walk, let your senses fully welcome what is there, without inner commentary, and taste that ease.
