✨ To meditate on today

According to Ramana Maharshi, the Self, the pure awareness that you are, is always awake, even when your mind is restless; the sages live without interruption in the Infinite, with nothing veiling their vision. Today, when a thought carries you away, gently ask yourself: "Who is aware of it?", and rest for a few moments in that calm.
