This sun is the honey of all beings, and all beings are the honey of this sun. Likewise this bright, immortal person in this sun, and that bright, immortal person existing as the eye in the body (both are madhu). He indeed is the same as that Self, that Immortal, that Brahman, that All.

✨ To meditate on today
According to the Brihadaranyaka-upanishad, the sun and all beings are "madhu", that is, honey for one another: they nourish each other, because one same bright, immortal presence dwells in the sun and in your own gaze. Today, the first time you feel the sun on your skin, take a moment to feel connected to all that lives, and offer someone a little of that shared sweetness.
