According to Ramana Maharshi, replying to a visitor who asked to be touched in order to receive his grace, the Atman, the Self, is both the Guru and grace, and no one is ever separate from it. Today, instead of looking for comfort outside, place your hand on your heart and rest for a moment in this ever-present presence.
