Thou hast been my helper.

Excerpt

If I have remembered Thee upon my bed, I will meditate on Thee in the morning: Because Thou hast been my helper. And I will rejoice under the covert of Thy wings: My soul hath stuck close to Thee: Thy right hand hath received me.

โœจ To meditate on today

According to the psalmist, the thought of God stays with him even through the watches of the night, and he feels sheltered under His wings, held by His hand that sustains him. Tonight, as you go to bed, think of God for a moment and entrust your night to Him, picturing yourself in the shadow of His wings.
