Let him who has found the world, and become rich, renounce the world.

According to the Gospel of Thomas, an ancient collection of sayings attributed to Jesus, whoever has succeeded and grown rich is invited not to let themselves be possessed by what they possess, in order to keep a free heart. Today, choose one thing you hold on to too tightly (an object, a habit, an image of yourself) and lighten your load: give, share or let something go.
