Behold what manner of charity the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called, and should be the sons of God. Therefore the world knoweth not us, because it knew not Him.

According to the First Letter of John, the Father loves us so much that He makes us His children, truly and not only in words; even if others do not see it, this dignity remains. Today, look at each person you meet as a beloved child of God, and treat them with the tenderness this dignity deserves.
