According to the Gospel of Thomas, an ancient collection of sayings attributed to Jesus, we can honestly fulfil our duties as citizens without forgetting what matters most: giving to God what is His, that is, our heart, our trust and our love. Today, when paying for something or fulfilling an obligation, also offer God a loving thought, and set aside a moment of your day for Him.
