According to the prophet Isaiah, God speaks to His people as to a friend He holds by the hand: do not be afraid, do not look around you anxiously, I am with you, I help you and I uphold you. Today, when a worry arises, place your right hand on your heart, repeat “Fear not, for I am with thee,” then take the next small step.
