✨ To meditate on today

According to the psalmist, who has just cried out “How long?” in his anguish, the prayer turns into trust: he chooses to lean on God’s goodness and to sing of the good he has received. Today, if a long wait weighs on you, simply tell it to God, then end with a sentence of trust and name one specific good thing you have already received.
