✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Thomas, Jesus, who comes from “that which is whole,” that is, from the unity of the Father, teaches that the unified heart, which is not split between opposing desires, is filled with light. Today, do one thing at a time, with your whole heart, and when you feel your mind pulled in different directions, gently come back to what you are doing, saying to yourself: “whole.”
