✨ To meditate on today

According to Saint Paul, in his letter to the Colossians, a right word is always kind and “seasoned with salt”: neither bland nor hurtful, it has flavour and fits the person who hears it. Today, before answering a message or a remark, take a breath and choose the kindest possible way to say it.
