✨ To meditate on today
According to Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, when love is deeply rooted in the heart, it shows even in the way we say no: we can refuse so gently that the refusal brings as much pleasure as a gift. Today, if you have to refuse something to someone, take the time to do it with a smile, a real explanation and a warm word.
