Come unto Me, for My yoke is easy.

According to the Gospel of Thomas, Jesus invites those who are weary to come to Him: His “yoke,” that is, the way of life He offers, is light and gentle, and in it one finds rest. Today, notice a burden you carry too heavily (a worry, a demand on yourself) and lighten it with a concrete step: ask for help, postpone, or entrust it to God in a short prayer.
