According to Saint Paul, in his letter to the Ephesians, speaking the truth to our neighbour flows from a deep reality: we are members one of another, like the parts of a single body. Today, in a conversation where you might be tempted to bend the truth, choose a true and kind word, remembering that the other is part of you.
