✨ To meditate on today
According to the prophet Jeremiah, God speaks of Ephraim (a tribe of Israel that had gone astray) as a cherished child: even when He rebukes him, He remembers him, and His “bowels,” that is, His deepest tenderness, are moved to mercy. Today, think of someone you have disagreed with or had to correct, and make a gesture of tenderness toward them: a word, a smile, a service.
