✨ To meditate on today
According to Saint Augustine, who is quoting a psalm here, God raises our life from what spoils it, crowns it with tenderness and renews it like the eagle that regains its strength; it is hope that keeps us alive. Today, choose one area of your life where you feel worn out, and take a small step of renewal (a walk, a reconciliation, a project taken up again), entrusting it to God with patience.
