✨ To meditate on today

According to The Gospel of Buddha, the “self”, that is, the ego that clings to itself, narrows us and makes us die a little each day, while walking in the truth opens onto Nirvana, a free and peaceful life. Today, whenever you catch yourself defending your image or wanting to be right, let go and simply return to what is true, then notice the space and life coming back into you.
