โœจ To meditate on today

According to The Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha explains to the general Simha that what must be extinguished is egotism, craving, ill-will and delusion, never patience, love, charity or truth. Today, when you feel a surge of selfishness or irritation, let it pass and choose instead a gesture of patience or love.
