✨ To meditate on today
According to the Sutta-Nipâta, a disciple expresses his gratitude to the Buddha, who has gone to the end of pain and beyond, and who helped him to “cross over”, that is, to pass from suffering to peace, as one crosses a river. Today, if a sorrow is weighing on you, remember that it can be crossed: take one small concrete step toward what soothes you, and accept someone’s help to reach the other side.
