✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha answers two young Brahmans who are seeking the way: the one who has awakened sees the world as it is and teaches a truth that is glorious in its beginning, its progress and its end, opening onto a higher and purer life. Today, choose an ordinary gesture (walking, drinking, greeting someone) and do it with full attention, as if it were part of that purer life.
