✨ To meditate on today

According to Shantideva, in the Bodhicaryâvatâra, it would be impossible to overcome one by one all those who annoy us; but when anger dies out within us, there are no more enemies to fight: patience is a matter of the mind. Today, when someone irritates you, instead of fighting them in your head, take care of your anger: relax your shoulders, breathe slowly, and let it subside.
