✨ To meditate on today

According to the Udâna, the Buddha, withdrawn alone in the forest, perceives that a great elephant, also weary of the crowd of its herd, has come there seeking peace: their two hearts are in harmony in the same love of solitude. Today, give yourself a moment alone in a natural place, even a park or a tree, and simply savour this calm shared with all that lives.
