โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Itivuttaka, the Buddha teaches his monks that parents are of immense help to their children: they help them grow, nourish them and are their first guides in this world. Today, thank, aloud or in thought, someone who nourished and guided you when you were a child, a parent or someone who played that role.
