โœจ To meditate on today

According to The Gospel of Buddha, the disciples address this prayer to the Buddha, their compassionate Teacher: that he may comfort the afflicted, illumine those who go astray, and that all may grow in understanding. Today, be a little of that comfort yourself: check in on someone who is going through sorrow, with a message, a call or a visit.
