✨ To meditate on today
According to the Udâna, while Sāriputta, a disciple of the Buddha, meditates in the moonlight and two Yakkhas (spirits) want to strike him, the Buddha sings of the heart that stands firm as a rock, not angry with the angry: suffering no longer has a hold on it. If someone loses their temper with you today, breathe deeply, feel the ground beneath your feet like a rock, and answer calmly, without sending the anger back.
