✨ To meditate on today
According to Shantideva, in the Bodhicaryâvatâra, the care we naturally take to protect ourselves from pain can become a habit turned towards all living beings: we train ourselves in tenderness as we train in a gesture. Today, each time you take care of yourself (keeping warm, drinking, resting), also offer concrete attention to another being: a person, an animal, a plant.
