โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, just as the swans rise into the sky following the path of the sun, the wise rise above the agitation of the world after conquering Mara, the tempter who, in Buddhism, personifies desire, fear and illusion. Today, when a craving or a worry pulls you down, look up at the sky for a moment and let it fly away like a bird.
