✨ To meditate on today

According to The Gospel of Buddha, the one who has found the peace of Nirvāna (the extinction of craving and suffering) lives in the midst of the world like the lotus in the water: nothing clings to him. Today, when a remark or some agitation touches you, imagine it sliding off like a drop on a lotus petal, then gently return to your calm.
