โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, whoever follows the noble path, the way taught by the Buddha, lives fully in the midst of the world, like the lotus in the water, without his heart being troubled by cravings. Today, in the midst of your ordinary activities (shopping, work, screens), notice a craving that pulls at you and let it slide off like a drop of water on a lotus leaf.
