✨ To meditate on today

According to Śāntideva in the Bodhicaryâvatâra, the thought of Bodhi, the vow to awaken for the good of all, prepares a great banquet of happiness to which all beings who wander, hungry for joy, are invited: whoever comes, from wherever he comes, will be filled. Today, invite someone to share your table, a coffee or a moment of conversation, thinking first of a person who seems lonely.
