โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, it is not appearance that makes the Brahmana (the holy man), the Sramana (the ascetic) or the Bhikshu (the monk), but inner peace, self-mastery and harming no being. Today, whatever your clothes or your position, take care to hurt no one, neither by a gesture nor by a word, and keep your calm in a tense moment.
