✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the second meditation is that of “pity”, in the old sense of compassion: vividly picturing the sorrows and anxieties of beings in distress in order to awaken a deep compassion for them. Today, think concretely of someone going through a hardship, imagine what they are living, then do something simple for them (a message, a call, some help).
