✨ To meditate on today

According to the Sutta-Nipāta, just as no wave is born in the depths of the sea, the monk (bhikkhu) keeps a calm mind, free from the desire that stirs it up. Today, when a craving or an annoyance rises, picture the quiet depths of the sea beneath the waves, breathe slowly, and let the desire settle before acting.
