✨ To meditate on today

According to Shantideva, rejoicing in the good deeds of all beings and wishing them happiness opens the heart: the good they do frees them from “evil destinies”, lives of suffering. Today, rejoice sincerely in the good someone else has done, and silently wish happiness to someone who is suffering.
