✨ To meditate on today

According to the Udâna, the Buddha, just after his awakening, says that doubts depart from the one who meditates with ardour and sees clearly where things come from; the “Brahmana” here means the accomplished sage, not a caste. Today, when a doubt or a worry is nagging at you, take a moment to calmly look for its cause, rather than going round in circles.
