โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, everything has its own radiance (the sun, the moon, thinkers in their meditation), but the light of the Awakened One shines day and night, more than any other. Today, at every pause (a coffee, a wait, a journey), take three calm breaths and look within you for a little of that awakened clarity that does not depend on the hour.
