โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, light, hope and comfort are offered to everyone, like balm, bread or water for those who lack them. Today, notice a tired or discouraged person around you and offer them, in turn, a concrete gesture of comfort: a word, some help, a moment of listening.
