Practically, today, do the exercise of universal forgiveness. Review all beings and situations you may have judged. For each, say: 'I forgive you. I let forgiveness rest upon you.' Exclude no one, especially not yourself. When you are finished, pause and feel what happens within you. The door is open. You need only enter. You are home, in the light of truth.
