Lesson 321
Lesson 321

Father, my freedom is in You alone.

I did not understand what made me free, nor what my freedom is, nor where to look to find it. Father, I have searched in vain until I heard Your Voice directing me. Now I would guide myself no more. For I have neither made nor understood the way to find my freedom. But I trust in You. You Who endowed me with my freedom as Your holy Son will not be lost to me. Your Voice directs me. And the way to You is opening and clear to me at last. Father, my freedom is in You alone. Father, it is my will that I return.

Today we answer for the world, which will be freed along with us. How glad are we to find our freedom through the certain way our Father has established. And how sure is all the world's salvation, when we learn our freedom can be found in God alone.

✨ Summary & practice

Father, my freedom is in You alone, I seek no longer elsewhere.

You have long sought freedom where it cannot be found. You believed it was in independence, autonomy, possession of things, or control over circumstances. But you have searched in vain until you heard God’s Voice guiding you. Now, you no longer wish to guide yourself, for you have discovered that your freedom can only be found in God alone. It is not something to be conquered, but to be recognized.

The central idea of this lesson is that freedom is not the absence of external constraints, but the recognition of your true identity. You are free when you know who you are. You are free when you stop struggling against what you are. Freedom is your natural state, not a goal to achieve. It is in God, and God is in you. By returning to Him, you return to your freedom. This return is your true will, as certain as His.

This lesson is the culmination of all previous lessons on liberation. You have sought freedom in forgiveness, in letting go, in non-judgment. Now, you know that freedom is not a destination but an origin. It is the starting point, not the end. You were born free. You have never truly been bound. The chains you thought you wore were illusions. By answering for the world today, you proclaim that freedom is possible for all.

Practically today, each time you feel trapped, limited, or stuck, gently repeat: « Father, my freedom is in You alone. » Do not try to solve the situation yourself. Give it to God. You will see a door open where you saw only a wall. A solution will appear where there was only a dead end. Freedom is not the absence of problems; it is the presence of God at the heart of problems. By giving your search for freedom to Him, you find it immediately.

Your freedom is in God alone. That is where you will find it, and that is where it has been waiting for you all along.
