As we approach the end of the review period, the central thought shines more clearly: God is only Love, therefore I am Love too. Why are these reviews so important now? Because lessons 163 and 164 address the deepest subjects, death and unity, and these themes cannot be integrated in a single reading. They require time, repetition, and inner silence to sink into the deepest layers of your mind.
Lesson 163 proclaimed there is no death and the Son of God is free. Death is not a physical event, it is a thought, a belief that you are separate from God. It takes many forms: grief, fear, anxiety, doubt. Lesson 164 reminded you that now you are one again with your Source. In the silence the world cannot disturb, you find the truth. The present is the only time there is, and it contains eternity.
These lessons are declarations of absolute freedom. Lesson 178 (review 165–166) and lesson 179 (review 167–168) will continue to undo the last chains. Lesson 180 (review 169–170) will conclude this beautiful cycle. Revisions 171–180 are the time when liberation becomes real in your life. God is only Love, therefore you are Love, and Love knows no death.
Practice:
Today, face any fear, big or small, by remembering: 'There is no death. The Son of God is free.' Then pause for a moment and become aware that right now, in this instant, you are one with your Source. Breathe in this unity. There is no past to fear, no future to dread. There is only now, and now is eternal.
